The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed. Thereafter, the estimated delivery periods will depend on your shipping option.
Standard shipping:
Delivered within 1-4 working days for North Island and 3-6 working days for South Island.
Priority Shipping:
As above but with priotized order processing to get your order ready for courier pickup within the day/by next working day. Estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout
Express Shipping (Small Parcel):
Delivered within 1-2 days for all other zones and within 2-3 days for South Island, Chatham Island, Waiheke Island.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. The chair was easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable to sit in. The only thing I really have a small critique of it there was no handles on the box which made it super difficult for me to get it up to the second floor alone. So I would wish for your future box designs for there to be handles for easier handling if living above the ground floor.

Chair was a little stiff at first before really fine tunning my lumbar support on the chair. Can seamlessly go from rocking to straight up and locked. Spend about 4 hrs a day sitting now. Get the standing desk and stand for the other 4 hrs. Match made in heaven.
