Where can Secretlab Gift Cards be used?
Our gift cards are only redeemable on the same store they were purchased in. For example, a gift card purchased on our New Zealand store (secretlab.co.nz) can only be redeemed on our New Zealand store!
Do the gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards never expire.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes — but only if your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card. The remaining balance can be paid using standard payment methods.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
No — it isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
Can I exchange my gift card’s remaining balance for cash?
While the remaining balance of your gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, you can keep them for as long as you like until your next purchase, as our gift cards do not expire!
I purchased a gift card, can I refund it?
Yes. You can cancel and refund unused gifts cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
I received this gift card as a gift. Can I get a refund?
We are only able to cancel unused gifts cards, and the value is refunded to the original purchaser of the gift card.
Am I still able to pay via financing if I pay using a gift card?
If the value of your gift card covers the total cost of your purchase, then you won’t have to! However, if the total cost of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, then you can select financing as your payment method, however do note that this would be subject to the minimum loan amount set by the installment provider.
