The arm works without any issue! I have been using it for almost a month now. I don't need to reposition, so I expect it to last for a very long time. I am at "max" setting but am 2.4lbs under the max weight. The only thing I wish Secret labs would add on their website is a template for adapters. I didn't even think about this since the website says it supports Screen size capacity: 34” - 57” monitor. I presumed it came with hardware to mount VESA 300X200. Maybe its something they can add later on. This was still not an issue. I jumped on Amazon and looked for an adaptor. I receieved it 3 days later (but I did experience that inital disappointment of waiting another 3 days after receiving my Secret Labs hardware. If I had to do it all over again, I would purchase everything again! Secret Labs - Please update the website so people are aware of the bracket limitation. I believe the LG C1s and C3s are really popular as monitors (and why not? OLED TV, GSync, 4K Ultra HD, >1 ms, etc).

Excellent product; I was able to set it up myself so the two-person suggestion is a nice safety reminder. I had to mount the arm to the Magnus shelve since it block access to the main desk. For that reason I recommend adding a note to that effect. Otherwise this is a great product.

Package : Top notch. That thang ain't coming from china. Explanation for assembly : 5/5. Big poster with explanation and color for every step. No 1 hour of trying to understand it. I think it's been 3 weeks now and it is all good for me. You ain't going to find another ajustable desk with the cable tray and the inside electrical plug below 1200$ CAD. The desk is stiff which was my only concern. Everything work fin. The leather top is a better idea than i though. really Clean looking desk. love it and recommand it to anybody. Don't buy the ones on amazon, they are straight garbage. I did the mistake before buying this one.
