We strongly recommend that you watch the assembly video before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Loving my new Titan Evo Nanogen! I came from an Omega and this an upgrade in every single way! Back rest with adjustable lumbar and the new arms reast feel incredible! Id still love for the seat base to be a little softer, but it is still an improvement over the Omega I had. Overall I love this thing and it looks amazing!

ABSOLUTE QUALITY on 100% EVERYTHING. Quality, service, comfort, accessories, delivery… EVERYTHING. So I have a fused SI joint and maybe bigger issues ahead and have had so much discomfort. I tried over a dozen chairs in different stores and only a couple had all the features, but still lacked comfort. I have the EVO and cushions which I use from time to time and the leg rest/recliner accessory is on back order. Totally worth the money, great job SecretLab
