I never got my armrest and when I contacted customer service it took them a month to get back to me and every time the come back with something like oh we are investigating it or maybe file a police report, Like dude its a set of armrests. After spending as much as I did on the chair and desk you think I'm trying to pull a grand heist by just getting a new pair of armrests sent out?

AustraliaI’ll be honest….save your money, there no need for these as I’ve owned mine for not even 6 months and they’ve already split open. Don’t get me wrong they feel great for long sessions on helldivers 2 or grinding on New World however not for $110 AUD

My 1000$ order got stolen at front door because (they don’t ask for signature) and they refuse to replace/refund me. Customer service is a joke and they couldn’t care less. Currently disputing charges with my credit card
