This is a second chair I bought. First one was for my son. This one is for my daughter. She wanted the smaller size that fit her proportions better. Kudos for Secretlab for having different sizing options to fit your needs. Very comfortable for sitting long periods of time. Easy to assemble. Needed to follow up with customer service. There is no number you can call so you can only submit an email ticket. Don’t love it takes days for them to respond but they did resolve my issue. Just be mindful there’s immediate help to call and you have to patiently wait for an email response.

United StatesGreat Product but not sure why they said the arms fold
Before purchasing the chair, I asked customer service via chat if the arms had to be installed on the chair. I was told that the arms were designed to be folded down because some people want to do activities such as play guitar. On arrival, I discovered that this was completely false. However, the arms do not need to be installed as I had hoped. I'm not sure why I was not told the truth. I did install the arms and I am fine with them but it is great to know that I can remove them. The chair is comfortable and quiet. The wheels roll nice. The adjustments available are plentiful. The pillow is wonderful and I didn't think i would use it. I debated on regular or small size and chose small. I feel it is a great size and I could have even gone smaller. Chair back was missing a bolt, but they shipped one out after filling out some paperwork so we could finally assemble and use the chair.
