You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.
If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.
Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue or there is a specific error code showing in the digital panel, please refer to our troubleshooting guide. Should your issue persist, please get in touch with our support team.
No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so to protect your desk’s surface. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.
We encourage you to check out the Secretlab MAGNUS Single/Dual Monitor Arm , specially designed for Secretlab MAGNUS Pro and Pro XL desks. Each Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm supports up to 8kg (17.6lbs).
- 5-year warranty on use as a desk. Aesthetics, misuse and normal wear and tear are excluded.
- 2-year warranty on the electrical control panel and control box of the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro.
- Submit a warranty claim via our Contact Form with image/video attachments of relevant affected area(s).
- Secretlab has the final right to decide if a claim under the warranty is valid.

Magnus Pro XL - best decision
I bought the Magnus Pro XL with the Cyberpunk Desk Mat a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Being on the short side (160cm tall), I love that the Secretlabs Magnus desk is one of the few desks on the market that I can lower to 65cm. A height I actually use a lot! The Cyberpunk Desk Mat was definitely the right choice for me. I love the mat and the feeling of it. Working on the metal desk would've been to cold for me, so the desk mats are a must have addition for me. My husband can't wait to upgrade his desk too and I can't wait to upgrade my setup and use all the cool accessories that are available for the Magnus desk too. We have the LAN extender already and it works seemlessly, I don't expect anything less from the other accessories. Only thing I miss is a desk lamp actually! I work on my desk too and need some light and a lamp that adds to the Magnus desk like all the other accessories would be perfect. Otherwise: a clear 5 out of 5 stars.

Magnus Pro Desk with Riser, PC Mount and Dual Monitor Arms
Unboxing felt like a premium expriance, built quility is amazing, putting the desk together was easy. Minor issue getting the mount for my elgarto light to mount as the depth of the cable tray nor the desk riser was deep enough. Overall excellent product.
