The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed. Thereafter, the estimated delivery periods will depend on your shipping option.
Standard shipping:
Delivered within 1-4 working days for North Island and 3-6 working days for South Island.
Priority Shipping:
As above but with priotized order processing to get your order ready for courier pickup within the day/by next working day. Estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout
Express Shipping (Small Parcel):
Delivered within 1-2 days for all other zones and within 2-3 days for South Island, Chatham Island, Waiheke Island.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

I bought the Jinx edition (League of Legends= of the Secretlab TITAN Evo - XL - NEO Hybrid Leatherette at the beginning of October 2024. It was my first purchase in SecretLab and I confirm that the quality of this product is top-notch. This is my second gaming chair (being the first one from another mid-range brand) and the difference is abysmal. It's absolutely ergonomic, the quality of the materials are clearly high-end and the design is just next-level. Shortly after buying this chair I had a muscle cramp due to a hit in my lower back, and thanks to the chair, I barely felt the pain in my lower back while doing home office during the recovery period. I really commend SecretLab for keeping high standards in their products and I wish them success in the years to come. I will definitely consider buying more products from them in the future.
