The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed. Thereafter, the estimated delivery periods will depend on your shipping option.
Standard shipping:
Delivered within 1-4 working days for North Island and 3-6 working days for South Island.
Priority Shipping:
As above but with priotized order processing to get your order ready for courier pickup within the day/by next working day. Estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout
Express Shipping (Small Parcel):
Delivered within 1-2 days for all other zones and within 2-3 days for South Island, Chatham Island, Waiheke Island.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. For 2 weeks of daily usage. I’d say I couldn’t be happier. Either I work or game, the adaptability of the chair allows me to switch from a chill position for gaming to a more steady position for working. Everytime I sit on this chair after a long day of work, I feel confortable and relaxed thanks to the accessories bringing the confort to the next level. To top it off, the overall build quality is perfect, I know for sure it will last longer than any other « gaming » chairs.
