The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed. Thereafter, the estimated delivery periods will depend on your shipping option.
Standard shipping:
Delivered within 1-4 working days for North Island and 3-6 working days for South Island.
Priority Shipping:
As above but with priotized order processing to get your order ready for courier pickup within the day/by next working day. Estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout
Express Shipping (Small Parcel):
Delivered within 1-2 days for all other zones and within 2-3 days for South Island, Chatham Island, Waiheke Island.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Goes perfectly with my Overwatch themed setup. It’s very sturdy and comfortable, plus the designs and materials feel very high quality. The overwatch symbol feels like it’s actually part of the seat, where as I’ve seen others have it feel like it was printed on after the fact. It’s definitely pricier than the average chair, but you get what you pay for in quality. My last chair was a 200 dollar seat that felt very unstable and always gave me back pains as I am always at my desk. I’ve had this one for about a month and my back has legitimately not hurt once. Will only get more comfortable as I break it in as well

Should get the discount for paying that much money for any chair. Chair is abit or more to firm but cushion helps. It's a chair it works but not a great as what alot of people post.

I love this chair! I have a metal plate on my spine and it is super hard for me to find a chair that doesn't end up hurting me. I can sit in this chair for 8 hours for a work day and feel comfortable and supported all day long. Highly recommend the splurge, it is worth it.
